You are by visiting our website and/or placing any order(s) agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If for any reason you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use or access our website or place orders. These terms relate to sales via the Internet and telephone for the web site Onlinefurnitureworld.co.uk.
The contract made by you when visiting the website or placing an order(s) with us incorporates these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any and all terms and conditions, proposed by you.
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
We will not be held responsible or accept any liability for any extra costs incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete measurements or information supplied by you. Please email ahead if a small change in size may deem the item unusable when it arrives.
All dimensions specified by us are correct at time of measurement, we cannot be held responsible for differences in size within reasonable manufacturing tolerances
All prices displayed include VAT, where appropriate, at the full current rate and are subject to any promotional offer or discount.
Goods are delivered on weekdays directly to your specified UK address. If you live within the UK mainland, the delivery will be free of charge for all orders using a 1 man delivery service; however any cost of return of non faulty items will be bourne directly and wholly by you the customer. The prices visible on Onlinefurnitureworld.co.uk are for on-line purchases and promotions only and are not transferable to sales through any other means.
All prices displayed on the website are valid strictly until midnight on the day on which the promotion expires, or any other time if previously stated on the relevant promotion/product.
We will not be legally bound to honour any listed prices, if the price has been shown in error you will be contacted within 48 hours with information of relevant error and a full refund will be made immediately available if required.
All orders placed, must be paid for in full at that time.

We believe that all of our furniture offers outstanding value for money and believe our prices are among the lowest you will find on the internet or in regular retail outlets.
We offer a very wide variety of furniture manufactured from High quality timbers such as Oak, Pine, Mahogany and Ash, in equally varied styles and ranges from modern oak furniture to painted and traditional pine and oak furniture. We offer furniture suitable for every room in the home as well as the home office including oak dining tables, beds & bedroom furniture, children's furniture, solid oak sideboards, oak dining sets, TV Cabinets and bookcases.
We continually undertake price comparisons with several leading furniture retailers to ensure that our price structure offers great value prices, but if you should find any of our products being sold for less on another website, we will guarantee to match their price providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met.
Our Price Match Promise applies where:
- The product being sold online by a genuine retailer is identical.
- The product is not available on auction sites such as eBay or Amazon.
- The alternative item is currently available under the same delivery timescales.
- This is the normal price of the item i.e. it isn't on special offer or in a sale.
- The price is inclusive of VAT and any additional charges i.e. delivery.
- The item is brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
- You must provide us with sufficient information to verify the price ourselves i.e. a website address.
- Our Price Match Promise only applies to goods available in the UK sold online*.
Please note that we reserve the right not to uphold the price promises if we believe the item or the terms of the sale are not identical.

Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel
It is your statutory right to return any product(s) purchased from Onlinefurnitureworld.co.uk within fourteen (14) working days after the delivery. You must notify us via email to aftersales@Onlinefurnitureworld.co.uk within those fourteen (14) working days clearly stating your order details and reason for returning the product(s). The collection of your goods can then be arranged and upon the goods being received back and inspected by ourselves you will be entitled to a refund, which will be paid within fourteen (14) days of your items being returned. All products purchased must be returned in the same condition that they were received and retain all the original protection and packaging in the condition it was received and delivered to you. Although your initial delivery may in some instances have been free we reserve the right to ask the customer to pay all relevant costs of return of items that have been shipped which would be charged at the rate of £35.00 per box or £75 for a garden set. Mattresses aswell as being in original packaging must be unused. If you live in an area where a delivery surcharge was applicable, this would also be payable. You may arrange to return the goods yourself, this must be done within fourteen (14) days of informing us of cancelation and be in the same condition and packaging as when delivered to you.
Items that stipulate they are made to order can not be returned for a refund.
Failure to notify us within this fourteen (14) day period would result in us being unable to accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty. For an item to be classified as faulty the product must be in a condition not as described in the original description, dysfunctional or unusable for the intended purpose at the time of delivery. A fault may also be classified as a defect which manifests itself within a reasonable period of time after delivery which can be attributed unanimously to a manufacturing defect or poor quality workmanship and not due to maltreatment by the customer.
On delivery of your order, It is your responsibility to inspect the item(s) delivered. If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require compensation or other remedy, you must report the defect within three (3) days of the delivery date via email to aftersales@Onlinefurnitureworld.co.uk, after 3 days goods will be adjudged accepted. We would require you to email all your order detail as well as a full written explanation and images/pictures of all suspected damage/defects. Once the email is received we will assess the information and contact you to discuss and resolve any problems. Should it be deemed impractical to offer a replacement, redelivery or re-selection of any damaged or faulty items we reserve the right to offer an allowance against a repair or provide suitable repair solution, or alternatively a refund for your purchase. Any non faulty items returned will always be returned at the expense of the customer. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties without the relevant notification from ourselves or other costs that you incur.
If items are outside of the mainland UK we are unable to collect them. Returning items would be at the full cost of the customer for whatever reason they needed to be returned. This would include but not limited to unwanted items, replacements and damaged items.
Any customer choosing to invite the drivers into their house to deliver the goods to the requested room do so at their own discretion. Although the drivers try their best to be careful, we can not be held liable for any damage incurred during the delivery.
